Multi-Tenant Project in San Francisco Video Stories


PACE financed $1.8 million of energy efficiency upgrades at 644 Broadway on the edge of San Francisco’s historic Chinatown, as part of a complete redevelopment of a four story mixed-use building owned by Bay Area based Cypress Properties Group. The project was managed Clean Fund, a specialized PACE finance company based in Sausalito who also financed the upgrades by purchasing PACE backed bonds issued by the City of San Francisco.
